  I have started taking my vehicles here since they have always gone out of the way to help. I recently needed a battery replacement in an emergency. Eric, who always listens and is cordial, checked everything out and had the battery replaced in about 10 minutes. Great Service!!

  After we bought a travel trailer, I had a level taken off the front of my truck. I told the gentleman that works there I would like to personally resell the level after it's taken off, but when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I found they had lost half of the nuts and bolts. When I inquired about the hardware, I was told "they usually get dropped and kicked around"--hence lost. They also told me they'd call me if anything shows up. It's been well over a month without a call. They didn't even offer to replace the hardware. If that's the sort of lousy technicians Meineke hires, I'll never take another vehicle to any of them. God forbid they lose the nuts that hold your tires on.
