  I received a notification that my package was left at the front door or near the front porch. My mailbox is at my front door with a small porch. No package. I called the post office. As the phone is ringing, I check my carport which is on the far side of the house, and found the package. Right then a lady answered and I said oh I'm sorry, I got a notification that my package was at the front door and it wasnt, but I just found it at my back door. I laughed and said so sorry again and while I was talking, she hung up on me. That was rude and unprofessional. Why was hanging up on me necessary? No ok, no goodbye, no nothing. Just hung up on me.
  One for horrible phone etiquette and 5 for Mail carrier always being cautious and careful with our Mail. Making the rating a 3.
